Information Collected  
To respond to your email inquiry, your name, phone number, and email will be collected. These details may be kept for follow-up purposes. During your session(s) we will discuss things that are relevant to you resolving the issue(s) you are seeing me for. This information is held in the strictest confidence.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
What you say to your hypnotherapist will be held in strictest confidence. However, you should understand that there are certain circumstances and conditions under which the content of your session may no longer be confidential. Below are the circumstances under whichyour hypnotherapist may be ethically and/or legally obligated to disclose information about you. Please discuss any concerns you may have with your hypnotherapist. 

1. Your hypnotherapist is ethically and legally obligated to disclose information given in confidence if there is reason to believe that you may harm yourself or harm someone else.

2. Your hypnotherapist is ethically and legally obligated to disclose information given in confidence if there is reason to believe that you are involved in or have knowledge of child abuse/neglect or abuse/neglect of an elderly or disabled person.

We use cookies for Wix analytics. This allows Wix to anonymously track the use of the website. It does this by recording visitor numbers and navagation patterns. This information is collected for statistical purposes only and cannot be used to identify you. We do not use cookies for any other purpose. Terms & Conditions  This website is owned and operated by Dianne Gardiner. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and services as offered. This website offers visitors a free 30-minute discovery call (Zoom meeting where we talk about your goals and how hypnosis can help), and hypnotherapy sessions (also conducted over a Zoom meeting). By accessing or using the website of our services, you approve that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. 

Who Can Use This Website
In order to use this website, and/or receive services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. 

Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers
When buying an item/service, you agree that: (i) You are responsible for reading the full item/service listing before making a commitment to buy it. (ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/service when you commit to buy an item/service and you complete the check-out payment process. The price chaged for items/services are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change the prices for items/services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page. 

Return and Refund Policy
Please proved at least 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel your hypnotherapy session or discovery call, so that this time slot may offered to someone else. Hypnotherapy sessions can be cancelled without penalty within a 24-hour notice, and will be fully refunded. Hypnotherapy sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the session cost. Once a hypnotherapy session has been conducted, there is no refund. Discovery Hypnotherapy reserves the right to cancel a hypnosis session at its sole discretion - this will only be in exceptional circumstances, as much notice will be given, and either a new appointmet well be rescheduled or a refund offered. 

The Right to Change Offerings
I may, without prior notice, change the services, stop providing services or any features of the services offered, or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. 

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dianne Gardiner harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorney fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the webiste or any of the services offered on the website. 

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dianne Gardiner be liable for any indirect, punitive, inicidental, special, consequential, or exemplary dameges, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. The the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dianne Gardiner assumes no liability of responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service, and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therin.

Code of Conduct

Dianne Gardiner reserves the right to decline or to accept to work with any client. No reason for declining to work with each other needs to be given. I will refuse to see any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, or certain psychiatric diagnosis - for example epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia, or certain personality disorders. I no not work with children or teenagers. During the free 30-minute discovery call conversation, both of us have the right to end the appointment before the time is up, if we feel that we do not connect and are unable to, or uncomfortable with working together. 

 

Right to Change and Modify Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms for time to time at my sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When I change the Terms in a material manner, I will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the website or services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do no use or access (or continue to access) the websie or the service.
